YouDot provides services according to the agreed scope of work for each project.

- Fees and payment schedules;
- Client responsibilities;

- Other project-specific requirements.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may involve additional fees and/or changes to the project timeline.
UI/UX Web Development
For UI/UX and website development projects, YouDot may provide services including website planning, UI/UX design, WordPress development, website implementation, optimisation and related digital experiences as agreed in the project scope.
The client is responsible for providing required information, content, images, brand assets, access credentials and approvals within the agreed timeframe.
Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required materials, approvals, feedback, payments or access.
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope, the following may be charged separately:
- Domain registration;
- Web hosting;
- Premium themes;
- Premium plugins;
- Software licences;
- Third-party integrations;
- Stock assets;
- Ongoing maintenance; and
- Other third-party services.
Brand Strategy & Branding
Brand strategy and branding projects may include brand positioning, visual identity, logo design, brand guidelines, creative direction and other branding deliverables specified in the agreed scope.
The final deliverables will depend on the selected package or project requirements.
Concepts, directions and creative explorations may be presented during the project. Revisions beyond the number included in the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Ownership of final approved custom deliverables is subject to full payment and the terms specified in the relevant project agreement.
SEO & Search Visibility
YouDot may provide SEO and search visibility services including technical optimisation, on-page optimisation, content-related recommendations, search strategy, keyword research, search visibility improvements and other activities specified in the agreed scope.
SEO results depend on various factors including search engine algorithms, competition, website condition, content quality, technical implementation, industry conditions and changes made by search engines.
YouDot does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, sales or revenue.
Any estimates, projections or targets discussed during a project are indicative unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
Paid Promotion & Ads
YouDot may provide paid advertising services across platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn or other advertising platforms, depending on the agreed project scope.
Advertising spend is separate from YouDot’s professional fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
Where applicable, the client may pay advertising platforms directly for media spend.
YouDot does not guarantee:
- A particular number of leads;
- A particular cost per lead;
- Sales or revenue;
- Advertising approval;
- Account approval;
- Specific advertising performance;
- Specific reach or impressions; or
- A particular return on advertising spend.
Advertising platforms may change their algorithms, policies, pricing, targeting options, approval requirements or other systems without notice.
YouDot is not responsible for changes or interruptions caused by third-party advertising platforms.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
Influencer and creator marketing services may include creator identification, campaign planning, coordination, communication, campaign management and related activities as agreed with the client.
Influencer or creator fees, production expenses, travel, products, media costs and other third-party charges may be separate from YouDot’s professional fees.
YouDot does not guarantee a particular number of views, engagement, followers, leads, sales or revenue from an influencer or creator campaign.
Creator availability, pricing, content delivery and performance are subject to the respective creator’s participation and third-party circumstances.
Proposals & Quotations
Proposals and quotations issued by YouDot may specify the services, deliverables, fees, timelines, payment schedule, revisions and other applicable terms.
A quotation or proposal does not constitute acceptance of a project until it has been accepted by the client and the required onboarding or payment requirements have been completed.
Changes to the scope after acceptance may result in additional charges or timeline adjustments.
Payments
Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Depending on the project, YouDot may require:
- An advance payment;
- Milestone payments;
- Monthly payments; or
- Full payment before delivery of specific services.
YouDot reserves the right to pause work where agreed payments remain outstanding.
Any delay caused by non-payment may also affect the project timeline.
Fees relating to completed work, third-party purchases, committed expenses, licences or services already delivered may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions & Client Approvals
The number of revisions included in a project will be determined by the applicable proposal or agreement.
Requests beyond the agreed revision limit may be treated as additional work.
Once a design, creative, website component, campaign, content or other deliverable has been approved by the client, subsequent changes may incur additional charges.
Approvals may be provided through email, messaging platforms, project management systems or other agreed communication channels.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services.
The client is responsible for providing materials such as:
- Logos;
- Brand assets;
- Text and content;
- Images and videos;
- Product or service information;
- Website access;
- Advertising account access;
- Social media access; and
- Other information reasonably required for the project.
The client must ensure that materials supplied to YouDot do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, access or feedback may affect the agreed project timeline.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final custom deliverables specifically created for the client will be transferred or licensed according to the terms of the applicable project agreement after full payment has been received.
YouDot retains ownership of its pre-existing:
- Processes;
- Methodologies;
- Frameworks;
- Templates;
- Tools;
- Systems;
- Know-how;
- Reusable components; and
- Other intellectual property developed independently of the client’s project.
Third-party assets, software, plugins, fonts, themes, stock images, platforms and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, YouDot may display completed projects, website designs, branding work, creative work, campaign examples, screenshots or general project descriptions in its portfolio, website, presentations and promotional materials.
Where a client requires confidentiality or does not want work publicly displayed, this should be communicated to YouDot in writing and agreed upon.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms, software and services including search engines, advertising platforms, social media platforms, hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, APIs and other technologies.
YouDot does not control these third-party platforms.
We are therefore not responsible for third-party:
- Outages;
- Account suspensions;
- Policy changes;
- Algorithm changes;
- Pricing changes;
- Technical failures;
- Approval decisions;
- Security incidents; or
- Changes in functionality.
Clients may be required to maintain their own accounts, subscriptions, licences or payment arrangements with third-party providers.
Confidentiality
During a project, either party may receive confidential information belonging to the other party.
Both parties agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the relevant business relationship.
Confidential information does not include information that:
- Is publicly available;
- Was already lawfully known;
- Becomes publicly available without a breach of confidentiality; or
- Is independently developed without using confidential information.

- Continued engagement presents a reasonable legal, security or operational concern.
Termination does not remove the client’s obligation to pay for services already completed or costs already incurred.
Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on the type and stage of the service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments relating to completed work, services already delivered, third-party expenses, advertising spend, purchased licences or other committed costs may not be refundable.
Any project-specific cancellation or refund terms will take precedence where expressly agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YouDot shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data or anticipated savings.
Where liability is legally established, YouDot’s liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the fees actually paid by the client to YouDot for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Force Majeure
YouDot shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

- Power failures;
- Cyber incidents;
- Third-party platform outages;
- Changes in law or regulation;
- Labour disruptions; or

Reels and social media services may include content planning, scripting, creative direction, shooting, editing, post-production, publishing support and other activities agreed upon for the project.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, access and other materials required for content production.
Social media reach, engagement, followers, views and other performance metrics are affected by platform algorithms, audience behaviour, content quality, competition, publishing frequency and other factors.
YouDot does not guarantee specific follower counts, views, engagement, reach, leads or sales.
